Kyla Franta – Director of
Resident Services at Ridgeway on German - A welcome
addition to Ridgeway on German, Kyla is dedicated and loyal to
our staff and residents in bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to
our team. Kyla brings over 11 years of experience in
communications, customer service, and sales and marketing.
Having been a member of the New Ulm community since 1996, she
has shown tremendous leadership in the many service organizations
in which she volunteers. Prior to her position with
Ridgeway, Kyla was employed for over 9 years for the local
telephone company.

Lora Gutknecht -
Director of Resident Services at Ridgeway on 23rd - Lora has
been a member of the Ridgeway team since its opening. She
has extensive experience in customer relations. Previous to
taking the Director position, Lora was Lead Resident Assistant,
and ensured that Ridgeway was appropriately staffed and always
worked to her full potential to give professional care to our
residents.
Roxanne Irlbeck, RN
– Director of Health Services
- A member of the
Ridgeway team since the very beginning, Roxy knows our residents
very well and has built a solid relationship with each of them.
A graduate of Augustana College with over 20 years
experience in direct cares, primarily in geriatrics, Roxy has
previously held positions in public health nursing and as Director
of Nursing at two area nursing homes.

Jane Baker
– Director of
Food Services - Born and raised in New Ulm, Jane
knows firsthand about dreams and goals that turn into reality.
Many years of food experience and managing two area
restaurants have brought her to Ridgeway as Director of Food
Services. Thoroughly
trained in food safety along with an extensive knowledge of food
service make her a welcome addition to the Ridgeway team.
