Kyla Franta Director of Resident Services at Ridgeway on German Kyla is dedicated and loyal to our staff and residents in bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to our team. Kyla brings over 11 years of experience in communications, customer service, and sales and marketing. Lora Gutknecht Director of Resident Services at Ridgeway on 23rd Lora has been a member of the Ridgeway team since its opening. She has extensive experience in customer relations. Previous to taking the Director position, Lora was Lead Resident Assistant, and ensured that Ridgeway was appropriately staffed and always worked to her full potential to give professional care to our residents. -Member of New Ulm Kiwanis Club -Housing Manager Education Series -Member of Aging with Services |
Roxanne Irlbeck RN, Director of Health Services A member of the Ridgeway team since the very beginning, Roxy knows our residents very well and has built a solid relationship with each of them. A graduate of Augustana College with over 20 years experience in direct cares, primarily in geriatrics, Roxy has previously held positions in public health nursing and as Director of Nursing at two area nursing homes. -1993 Brown County Employee of the Year -Public Health Certificate -Registered Nurse Licensure – Augustana College -Member of Aging with Services |
Ann Marie Griebel RN, Director of Health Services A native of New Ulm, Ann Marie came on board with Ridgeway shortly after Ridgeway on 23rd opened. She is a graduate of St. Mary's school of Nursing in Rochester and earned her nursing degree from Mankato State University. Ann Marie has 30+ years of nursing experience, having worked at the local hospital as a staff nurse, and at an area nursing home, assisted living, and home care agency as the Director of Nursing. -Member of Aging with Services |

Carol Brown LPN Carol joined our exceptional nursing team in February 2008 as a part-time LPN. Carol was previously employed for Brown County Public Health as a Home Health Aide for almost 10 years. In 2006, Carol entered Rasmussen Business College in Mankato in the LPN program. After passing her boards in January of 2008, Carol is now a licensed LPN. -Member of Aging with Services |
